At ScriptHost, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality hosting and domain registration services. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed for purchases made through our platform.

2. Hosting Services

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply only to the first order (not renewals).
- No refund if account is suspended due to policy violation.
- Setup fees, SSL, and third-party add-ons are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 working days.

3. Domain Registration & Renewal

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable. If payment succeeds but the domain fails to register, a full refund is issued automatically.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel hosting anytime via socialgrowthhub00@gmail.com. Refunds are not applicable on unused portions unless specified.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used during purchase and may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
